LARSEN FAMILY LOCATED SAFELY AFTER EXTENSIVE SEARCH
**change in airport location**

EVERGLADES CITY, Fla. -- Edward and Tina Larson and their three children were located about today off of Everglades City and transferred to Fort Myers Southwest Regional Airport by a HH-60 helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Fla.

More information will be provided as it becomes available.

The search for the Larsen family began after a call was received by Coast Guard Station Fort Myers Beach at 8:42 last night from a family friend reporting that the Larsens were due to return home to Cape Coral from Marathon on their 24-foot vessel Sea Note.
