JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Captain Andy Blomme, commander of Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, presents a coin to Fiqiri Kupe, administrative director of interagency maritime operation center for Albania, Friday, July 16, 2010 in the sector’s conference room. Kupe, and three of his colleagues visited the Coast Guard sector as part of The Export Control and Related Border Security Assistance program designed to help member countries improve their export control systems. JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Captain Andy Blomme, commander, Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, presents a coin to Fiqiri Kupe, administrative director of Interagency Maritime Operation Center for Albania, Friday, July 16, 2010  at Sector Jacksonville. Kupe, and three of his colleagues made an official visit to Sector Jacksonville as part of the Export Control and Related Border Security Assistance program designed to help member countries improve their export control systems.
