KEY WEST, Fla. – Coast Guard Capt. Pat DeQuattro, commander of Sector Key West, along with members of federal, state and local agencies, will hold an oil spill preparedness news conference today at 3:30 p.m., at the Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Center in Key West.
The speakers will discuss the importance of federal, state and local agencies’ plans and preparations in the event the Gulf Coast oil spill reaches the Florida Keys.
