Coast Guard locates four missing boaters

MIAMI - The Coast Guard located four boaters missing since Friday about one mile off the coast of St. Lucie, Fla.

A Coast Guard HC-130 Hercules fixed-wing aircraft crew from Air Station Clearwater, Fla. found the 30-foot sailing vessel, Pisces, Saturday at 7:25 a.m. After locating the vessel, a 33-foot Special Purpose Craft boatcrew from Coast Guard Station Fort Pierce, Fla., verified the mariners were safe and commercial salvalge towed the vessel to Sailfish Marina in Stuart, Fla. 

A family member contacted search and rescue coordinators at the District Seven Command Center in Miami around 2:30 p.m. Friday to report Stanley Shawler and three other passengers departed Miami Thursday and were expected to rendezvous with friends in Key Largo, Fla.
