Coast Guard Cutter Eagle hosts change of command ceremony

CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The Coast Guard Cutter Eagle held a change of command ceremony Saturday in Charleston.

Capt. Eric C. Jones officially relieved Capt. J. Christopher Sinnett as Eagle's commanding officer during the ceremony.
