**Media Advisory** Coast Guard Cutter Resolute crew to return home after 61-day deployment

WHAT: The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Resolute, a 210-foot medium endurance cutter, is scheduled to return home after training in Mayport, Fla., and patrolling in the Caribbean Sea.

WHO: Cmdr. Nathan A. Moore, Coast Guard Cutter Resolute commanding officer, and Resolute crewmembers will be available for interviews.

WHEN: Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.

WHERE:Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg's South Moorings, located at 1301 Beach Drive S.E, St. Petersburg, Fla.

WHY:  During the deployment Resolute crewmembers completed a 17-day Tailored Annual Cutter Training (TACT) program in Mayport.  The crew earned the distinguished Battle "E" Ribbon and Operational Readiness Award for successfully performing more than 117 drills that tested the crews navigation abilities, seamanship, and shipboard firefighting and de-watering skills. 

Resolute crewmembers also conducted counter-narcotic patrols with the Honduran navy in the Caribbean Sea and Honduran territorial seas.
