| Coast Guard rescues boater |

PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. - The Coast Guard rescued a man clinging to the hull of his capsized vessel seven miles southeast of Port Canaveral Wednesday afternoon Wesley Vzanyi, 52 of Orlando, Fla. was in his 32-foot boat when it capsized. He then contacted Coast Guard Station Port Canaveral for assistance. A Station Canaveral rescue crew immediately launched and rescued the man upon arrival. He was taken back to Station Canaveral to awaiting EMS in good condition. The vessel owner is making arrangements with commercial salvage to have his vessel taken back to shore.
