MIAMI - The Coast Guard along with Puerto Rico Emergency Management Agency (PREMA) and Forces United for Rapid Action (FURA) are searching for a fisherman who was reported missing near Guanica, Puerto Rico, Thursday. Victor Rosado, 48, departed La Parguera, Lajas, Puerto Rico, in an orange 20-foot center-console boat around 4 a.m. Thursday. Rosado was reported missing after a good samaritan noticed and unmanned boat submerged in shallow water. Upon notification, search and rescue coordinators from Sector San Juan launched an HH-65C Dolphin helicopter crew from Coast Guard Air Station Borinquen to search the area. If you have any information on the whereabouts of Victor Rosado, please contact Sector San Juan at (787) 289-2040.
