***PHOTO RELEASE*** Coast Guard Barque Eagle Departs the Port of Miami MIAMI - Coast Guard Academy freshman climb the rigging of "America's Tall Ship," Barque Eagle, the only square-rigged sailing vessel in the government fleet, Monday, July 30, 2007. Climbing the rigging is a basic qualification needed by all new Coast Guard cadets while aboard the Eagle and is overseen by third year cadets and the Eagle's permanent crew.
