| CHARLESTON, S.C. - Coast Guard Capt. Scott Bauby, chief of cutter and aviation forces, Coast Guard Atlantic Area, pins the Bronze Star on Chief Petty Officer Timothy Wallace while aboard the 225-foot Coast Guard Cutter Oak in Charleston, Monday, Nov. 7, 2011. The Bronze Star is awarded to any person who, while serving in any capacity in or with the Army of the United States after December 7, 1941, distinguished himself or herself by heroic or meritorious achievement or service.
