JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Captain Andy Blomme, commander Coast Guard Sector Jacksonville, presents a certificate of appreciation and AMVER ship's pennant to Capt. Jonah G. Suyo, master of the Filipino flagged merchant vessel Sebring Express, and crewmember Sherwin T. Pacia Wednesday Feb. 9, 2011. The crew of the Sebring Express were honored for their efforts in the successful ocean rescue of Philippe Gazeau, of Nantes France, 1,381 miles east of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
